Mermuys Cyrus Rosé Champagne is produced by Les Roches Blanches, a winery that began more than 20 years ago in 1994 with a young and dynamic entrepreneur, Nicolas Gueusquin. In 1996 this fledgling company bought old cellars and buildings in the centre of the village of Oiry, and began the production and handling of its own champagne. Steady expansion due to increase in production and sales year by year required the construction of a more spacious building equipped with a new winery in 2005 and again in 2012. Today the winery is modern with thermo-regulated stainless steel vats and underground chalk cellars.

This fine, dry, very well-balanced rosé Champagne is a beautiful pink colour with coppery hue and aromas of red fruits with smoky accent. In the mouth, Mermuys Cyrus Rosé offers an alliance of sensations of maturity yet with an obvious freshness. Its blend of 90% Pinot Noir gives it great finesse and 10% Chardonnay reveal nice notes of citrus and brioche. Matured for 2 years.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Where possible all orders placed before 2.00pm are despatched on the same day of ordering subject to stock availability. All orders are despatched using a 2-4 day carrier service, however we can not guarantee a delivery day as there may be circumstances beyond our control.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday will be despatched on Monday. (Excludes bank holidays).

If you are not in to sign for your delivery the carrier will leave a notification with details for you to arrange to collect your parcel or to organise a re-delivery that is convenient to you.

Alcohol deliveries require a person aged over 18 to be present at the point of delivery and cannot be left outside a property.
