On The Nose
A bold juniper presence with fresh pine needles, complemented by bright citrus notes of bitter orange, lime, and grapefruit. Layers of floral aromas—rose and wallflowers—blend with green herbs, coriander, and gooseberry, all enhanced by a hint of mixed spice. Sugar Kelp enriches the complexity with a dry maritime note.
On The Palate
Refreshing and well-balanced, with the crispness of juniper and pine harmonizing with the sweet fruitiness of mango, grapefruit, and orange. A herbal note of crushed coriander emerges, creating a distinctive and smooth profile with a subtle, dry flinty edge.
On The Finish
A long, clean finish. The fading juniper and citrus give way to lingering sweet vanilla and black pepper, leaving a gentle, salty reminder of the sea.
